ESTAS 2012

Well, I'd thought by now that all the entries would now be in and the votes cast but yesterday I got notice that the organisers have extended the deadline until the end of February (obviously to give our competitionrs a better chance!).

Integra are nominated in the Supplier of the Year category of these prestigious awards and are hoping to add to the ESTAS that we won in 2006 and 2008.

I'd like to thank all of our clients who voted for us. Our overall score is fantastic but we will have to see if we have done enough to get our name on an actual award!

The awards will be presented by TV Property "Expert" Phil Spencer at a glittering ceremony at London's Hilton Hotel in Park Lane on April 20th 2012.

Law Firm Services Conference

Having been a guest speaker in 2010 and 2011, I am delighted that I have been invited to speak at the Law Firm Services Conference again this year.

This excellent event will take place on 18th September at the Ricoh Stadium Conference Centre in Coventry.

This year the event will also showcase the new Conveyancing Awards for which I am delighted to have been selected as a judge.

Ten out of Ten for Gibbs Gillespie

Towards the end of 2011, Integra clients Gibbs Gillespie were voted the Best Independent Lettings Agent at The Negotiator Awards 2011. 

They followed this up a week later by being voted Best Letting Agent in the UK in the Landlord & Letting Awards 2011.

In total Gibbs Gillespie won ten high profile industry awards in 2011. Seven for lettings, two for sales and one for their mortgage operation. A fantastic achievement.

Energy Performance Certificates

It is a legal requirement that every residential property placed on the market for sale or to let has a current Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) available.

EPCs can only be provided by a qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor.
