Welcome to the first edition of communique to be published in 2012.
I'd like to start by belatedly commenting on 2011 which was an incredible year for Integra and resulted in turnover up some 56% on 2010. Business growth has been 189% in the last two years and I must thank all of my clients and industry friends for their support during this incredible journey.
2012 has stared positively and January ended some 91% up on the same month in 2011. Mind you, I've hardly slept!
Whilst Integra's business growth has been as a result of a lot of hard work it has also come as a result of my many years of buidling an enviable network of industry friends and contacts and through highly effective use of social media and e-marketing.
2012 look set to be another challenging year but I am confident that, whilst there will inevitably be some "blood on the business carpet" that Integra and our clients are well placed to take advantage of the opportunities that will exist.
The year has started positively and looks set to reward those with good business plans and a commitment to excellence.
I hope you enjoy the content of this edition and please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can assist you with or if you would just like to "chew the cud!"
Regards
Michael Day MBA FRICS FNAEA
